We’ll send a reminder of this prior to the festival – but please don’t wait until the week of to lose your forms of ID – we CANNOT guarantee entry without proper identification! Lost and found is located next to the Merchandise Booth at the festival. If your items do not turn up the weekend of the festival, we will keep items with us and provide a link to place a claim on our website. You can return any lost items directly to our ‘Lost & Found’ kiosk and visit to inquire after your missing items. Please only give items you find to the Lost & Found directly. Do not hand over items to random staff or guards.
The festival is on rain or shine. We’re typically lucky in Whitefish during these months with lots of sunshine. We suggest bringing a jacket for the evening and supportive footwear. Hats and shades always a good idea!

Yes, you will need to present and scan your tickets both days in order to be allowed into the festival. You may bring your printed tickets or present the QR code on your phone.
Tip: take a screenshot of the QR code on your tickets in advance!
There is no re-entry per day into the festival for all attendees. We have plenty of food and drink options on site, as well as a general store for anything you may need. If you have specific needs or concerns, please contact [email protected]
Three day tickets include Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. CAAMP, Colter Wall, Luke Grimes, Drayton Farley, Archertown and the roughstock rodeo happen on Friday.
Two day tickets include the remaining lineup on Saturday and Sunday, rodeo, and the rest of the Under the Big Sky fun.
Friday opens at 3PM and runs until 11PM.
Saturday and Sunday open at 12PM Noon and runs until 11PM.
We do not recommend buying a ticket from anyone other than our preferred ticketing outlet, Showclix, or our official ticketing exchange partner, Lyte. We are not responsible for third party sellers like Craigslist, Seatgeek, StubHub, etc.

Children six and under can enter for free but please RSVP your child after you add your tickets to your cart.
Children seven and older must purchase a general admission ticket.

The health and safety of our fans, staff, artists, and community remains our top priority. We work closely with state and county officials in all aspects of the festival to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone involved.
We're currently following all state and local guidelines, neither proof of vaccination status nor negative test is required for entry. If you're feeling unwell, we ask that you please do not attend the event.
Yes. We have numerous amounts of trained security guards as well as various officers at and around the entire event.
Our goal is to ensure everyone who attends the UTBS has a positive experience. We have several ADA entrances and viewing locations to ensure our ADA fans are able to enjoy their time on the ranch. *ADA Parking will be located in the VIP Parking lot*.

Yes! There is a free water refill station located in the middle of the festival. Empty 32oz (or less) reusable water bottles encouraged.
You can also buy bottled water at any bar/beverage kiosk inside.
Yes. We have a wide assortment of food including vegan and vegetarian options. If you have dietary restrictions and need to bring in outside food, our security guards will be happy to help approve items upon arrival.
Yes. First aid stations will be clearly indicated on site and marked both on your festival map.
Medical prescriptions must be approved by Festival staff and in their original containers with labels that match the holder’s legal ID. If you require insulin, please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Security will locate medical staff to assist you in providing a secure area to store your insulin.Please reach out prior to the festival if you require approval for medical [email protected]
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 18″ tall, 13″ wide and 8″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size (similar to the system used at airports). If your bag doesn’t fit in the box, it won’t be allowed inside the venue.
Yes, we encourage lawn chairs for viewing and hanging between acts! LOW BACK: folding, camping or beach chairs.
We kindly ask that you leave your umbrella & tent at home so you don’t block your partners view! Small parasols are ok to shade from the sun.
