You MUST have a valid Government form of ID to enter the festival (ID, Drivers License, or Passport). We’ll send a reminder of this prior to the festival – but please don’t wait until the week of to lose your forms of ID – we CANNOT guarantee entry without proper identification! We do not recommend buying a ticket from anyone other than our preferred ticketing outlet, Showclix, or our official ticketing exchange partner, Lyte. We are not responsible for third party sellers like Craigslist, Seatgeek, StubHub, etc.
Through Lyte, you can safely and securely purchase and sell your tickets to Under the Big Sky '24. Check back for more information regarding the Lyte ticket exchange soon!
Yes, you will need to present and scan your tickets each day in order to be allowed into the festival. You may bring your printed tickets or present the QR code on your phone.
Tip: take a screenshot of the QR code on your tickets in advance!
There is no re-entry per day into the festival for all attendees. We have plenty of food and drink options on site, as well as a general store for anything you may need. If you have specific needs or concerns, please contact [email protected]
Friday opens at 3PM and runs until 11PM.
Saturday and Sunday open at 12PM Noon and runs until 11PM.
Children six and under can enter for free but please RSVP your child after you add your tickets to your cart.
Children seven and older must purchase a general admission ticket.
Please note that VIP tickets and areas are strictly 21+.
We want to ensure that your time at the ranch is comfortable and safe. Here’s what you can bring:
Medical prescriptions must be approved by Festival staff and in their original containers with labels that match the holder’s legal ID. If you require insulin, please identify yourself to security before entering the venue. Security will locate medical staff to assist you in providing a secure area to store your insulin.Please reach out prior to the festival if you require approval for medical [email protected]
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 18″ tall, 13″ wide and 8″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size (similar to the system used at airports). If your bag doesn’t fit in the box, it won’t be allowed inside the venue.
