Glacier Park International Airport (FCA/GPI) in Kalispell is the closest airport to Whitefish and only about a 20-minute drive to the festival site.
Heads up: The airport will be working on runway repairs during weekdays throughout July 2026, but as of 10/31/25 is scheduled to be open on Friday to Monday (including festival weekend). For up to date information, head to iflyglacier.com.

Yes! A four-step payment plan will be available for GA passes starting at 25% down at time purchase, followed by 25% on December 4, 2026, January 22, 2026, and February 12, 2026.

Nope! Payment plan pricing includes all taxes and fees, nothing more.
We do not recommend buying a ticket from anyone other than our preferred ticketing outlet, Showclix/Leap. We are not responsible for third party sellers like Craigslist, Seatgeek, StubHub, etc.
Yes, you will need to present and scan your tickets each day in order to be allowed into the festival. You may bring your printed tickets or present the QR code on your phone.

Note: VIP is strictly 21+. VIP wristbands will only be issued once. You must keep your band all weekend; we will not issue a new wristband if forgotten or lost.
There is no re-entry per day into the festival for all attendees. We have plenty of food and drink options on site, as well as a general store for anything you may need. If you have specific needs or concerns, please contact [email protected]
Doors open at 12PM and the festival runs until 11PM each day.
Children 36” and under can enter for free. Please RSVP your child during checkout when purchasing your tickets. You will receive a scannable complimentary ticket with purchase.
Children over 36” must purchase a GA ticket.

UTBS has a wide assortment of food including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available. Food vendors and menus will be posted the week before the festival. Please check with all vendors directly before ordering if you have specific dietary needs.
Yes! There are free water refill stations with multiple spigots for quick refilling.
Fans are permitted to bring one 32oz Nalgene style (clear) bottle for free water refills all weekend long!
Prescribed medication (in a pharmacy-provided container with matching ID to be checked at entry and only containing the number of doses needed for duration of event as prescribed on the pill container.)

YES. Under the Big Sky is committed to providing reasonable access and accommodations for guests with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), applicable state law and the practical limitations of hosting a large outdoor event on a working ranch. The festival takes place on natural terrain: primarily dirt, grass, gravel, and uneven ground. While not all areas can be made fully accessible, we work to implement accommodations that are readily achievable and required by law.

Yes! You can pre-book your locker at ahead of the show. Limited lockers may be available over the fest weekend.
A medium backpack should be no bigger than 18″ tall, 13″ wide and 8″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size (similar to the system used at airports). If your bag doesn’t fit in the box, it won’t be allowed inside the venue.
